After delivering Lucy to Lauderdale
in November, we moved her to a
private dock a few miles north for
the winter in Pompano Beach. From
there, we explored South Florida,
the Keys and the Bimini chain
(Bahamas). We did a trip south along
the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW) and
then sailed on to Bimini. Later,
Carol's sister Debbie visited with
husband Scott and we went to Bimini
again. Friend Candy visited us in
the Florida Keys for New Year's Eve
and in March, Mike and Le Ann met us
in the Keys for the two Mike's
birthday celebration. |

We were visited by a carrier pidgeon
named Julius Jack, who we were
convinced was casing the joint for
his owner (note the camera on Jacks
head) |
